Peterborough United players are finding things tough on loan in League Two
It’s been tough going for the Peterborough United players currently out on loan in League Two.
The exception is central defender George Nevett who completed another 90 minutes in Tranmere’s 1-1 draw at bottom club Crawley. Nevett has started the last five league games for a Tranmere side who are 13th.

Posh striker David Kamara has also joined Tranmere for the season, but has started just one League Two game and has yet to score for his new club. He replaced another Posh old boy Tom Conlon in the 57th minute at Crawley. The current Tranmere goalkeeper is Luke McGee who played well for Posh on loan from Spurs in the 2016-17 season.
Another Posh striker Pemi Aderoju is on loan at Crawley. He came off the bench 20 minutes from time yesterday, but didn’t add to his two goals for the season. It was just a second sub appearance since the middle of September for Aderoju.
On-loan Posh forward Klaidi Lolos was an unused sub in Rotherham United’s 3-3 home draw with Shrewsbury Town yesterday. He has made just two sub appearances for ‘The Millers’ in an injury ravaged campaign. Former Posh youngster Josh Davison scored for Shrewsbury.
And Posh striker Brad Ihionvien has yet to score a League Two goal on loan at Colchester United this season. He started for the seventh time in a 2-0 defeat at Northampton Town yesterday, but was taken off after 50 minutes.
Posh old boys wise forward Kabongo Tshimanga confirmed his position as League Two’s top scorer with his ninth goal of the campaign in Barnet’s 1-1 home draw with Oldham Athletic. Ex-Posh defender Romonay Critchlow created the goal, but former Posh skipper Ollie Norburn delivered the cross which led to Oldham’s last-gasp equaliser.
Former Posh defender Andrew Hughes scored for bottom club Preston North End in a 1-1 Championship draw with West Bromwich Albion at Deepdale and ex-Posh winger Kwame Poku set up a goal in QPR’s 5-0 thumping of Swansea City at Loftus Road.
