At the end of October, the pub was confirmed to have retained its two AA Rosettes for culinary excellence.
Earlier this year, The Falcon was nominated for Pub of the Year in the My Local Awards.
Following Monday night’s awards ceremony, The Falcon’s owners said: "To see our little village pub in Fotheringhay recognised on a national stage is something we’re incredibly proud of.

"When we took over The Falcon in 2019, we never imagined quite how much of a journey it would be.
"There have been plenty of challenges along the way, which makes moments like this all the more special.
"A huge thank you to our wonderful team, past and present, who have helped to make The Falcon what it is today.
"And, of course, to everyone who has walked through our doors, supported us and championed our little pub."
The ceremony saw the Queens Arms in Eccles, Greater Manchester, crowned as The Good Food Guide’s best pub in Britain for 2026.
