LIVE: BRISTOL CITY vs PETERBOROUGH UNITED- Ten man Posh hold on for a point
On paper, this looks to be one of the most winnable games that Posh have remaining given that their opponents sit 19th in the table and have won only one of their last seven matches.
Posh edged closer to League One on Tuesday night but will be hoping to end the season with pride. Sammie Szmodics will be up for this one in particular as he heads to face the club he spent an unhappy year with in the Championship. He scored two when the sides met at the Weston Homes Stadium earlier in the season.

Corner City. Great ball in by Scott, allowed to drop, looks like Atkinson stooping for the header but Edwards cleared. Not a greate start, no one in a black shirt attacked that.

My Peterborough United team to take on Bristol City at Ashton Gate includes a change up front
Peterborough United are currently drinking in the last chance saloon as far as Championship survival is concerned.
Team news
Posh have no new injury concerns. Butler, Thompson, Benda and Norburn remian out. Joel Randall may even make an appearance before the end of the season but it will not be today. Beevers could return to the squad but McCann has shown he has no problem including Fernandez in the side and may keep the youngster side. This may give Beevers more time to with his “family issue” or be a sign McCann is planning for life without the former captain next season.
Bristol City, meanwhile will be without defender Tomas Kalas, as well as midfielders Callum O’Dowda, Andy King and George Tanner.
