In today’s third round match in Cardiff against Ken Doherty, the Chatteris cueman came out on top 4-2 and will now meet either Judd Trump or Alan McManus for a place in the quarter-finals.

Perry made a superb start when taking the first frame with a break of 80 and then in the third frame he compiled a 130 break.
