HAITO Karate is a small club gaining big results in National competitions
HAITO Karate, one of the smallest teams at a National Kyokushin Karate event in Reading, made a big impact in a highly-competitive field.
The city club sent 11 athletes and claimed five podium finishes. Over 230 competitors took part from 40 different clubs from all over the country.

The Haito medallists were:
Rebeka Pulina – 2nd Place (Under 14, +50kg)

Adam Pilarski – 3rd Place (Under 14, +55kg)
Dominic Dziedzic – 3rd Place (Under 14, -50kg)
Oluwatimilehin Adelabu – 3rd Place (Under 12, -35kg)
Jacob Barker – 3rd Place (Under 10, -30kg)
In the overall club rankings, HAITO finished 15th, a fine effort given the club’s relatively short history.
Founded just three and a half years ago, HAITO has rapidly risen through the ranks and now stands alongside well-established clubs with decades of experience. The latest results highlight the dedication and progress of its athletes, all of whom began their journey as beginners wearing white belts.
HAITO Karate continues to build on this momentum and is currently welcoming new students at its full-time Woodston dojo. Those interested in starting their martial arts journey can register for a one-week free trial via the club’s official website at www.haitokarate.com.
