Full-back Mumba (20) scored on his Posh debut in an FA Cup tie against Bristol Rovers in January, but only started eight games for the club before returning to Carrow Road.
He’s one of many old boys lying in wait for Posh in the 2022-23 League One season, but should any of them be feared?
Mumba is doubtless a much better player than he showed at the Weston Homes Stadium where he was rarely deployed in his best position as a dashing right-back.
He gets a fear factor rating of 6/10. Other Posh old boys in League One are...

9. DANNY ANDREW - Fleetwood Town
Posh apps/goals: 2/0. A Posh youth team player who didn't make it at first-team level, but he's turned into a strong lower division left-back with a reputation for deadly accuracy at set-pieces. Andrew (pictured, right) played well at Doncaster for current Posh boss Grant McCann and scored for Fleetwood direct from a free-kick in the first game of the 2019-20 season. Fear factor 6/10. 10. RYAN TAFAZOLLI - Wyocmbe Wanderers
Posh apps/goals: 131/6. A solid centre-back who surprisingly beat Posh into the Championship when joining Hull in 2019 and played a season in the second tier with his current club. Wycombe suit Tafazolli's strengths and he's a threat at their always-dangerous set-pieces. Fear factor 6/10. Photo: Joe Dent

11. TOM CONLON
Posh apps/goals: 3/0. A graduate from the Posh youth team with a quality left-foot, but who made just three sub appearances for the club. The now 26 year-old midfielder spent time at Stevenage, but has settled at Vale where he is club captain. Started last season in style, but missed the final four months of a promotion season through injury. His impact this season could be diluted by that and the likelihood of a relegation battle. 12. RYAN TUNNICLIFFE - Portsmouth
Posh apps/goals: 30/1. A midfielder who pitched up at Posh on loan from Manchester United in time for the 2011-12 Championship season. He started only 12 games, but did score a dramatic late winner in a 3-2 success at his current club. Manager Darren Ferguson preferred his midfielders to be more technically able than Tunnicliffe who has become better known for this athleticism and power at Ipswich, Fulham and Luton among others.
