Peterborough United fans on the Robbie Savage revolution including 'he'll be gone by the end of the season either by mutual consent or to a Championship job!'
Peterborough United fans were more than happy to comment on the early games in the Robbie Savage revolution.
Savage been manager of Posh for five games, four of them in League One. He’s overseen two wins, two draws and one defeat.

His passion, his enthusiasm and the more entertaining football are positives for some supporters. He’s been described as a ‘breath of fresh air’ by one.
But others believe his inexperience and the playing squad he’s inherited will prove costly.
My thoughts on the manager’s initial impact are here

Hard to tell as inherited unbalanced, inexperienced, lightweight side and all those failings are still obvious to everyone, but recruitment team. Still say he will gone by the start of next season, either by mutual consent or poached by a Championship side. Not sure which! – @Skydank1
2 wins 2 draws and a loss. If that form is transposed into the league we end up mid-table. However same issues in not being able to put chances away and some silly individual errors. If we could just improve both by 10% we would be higher. It’s certainly more of a watch – @ChestneyS
It’s deliberately exciting and I love the press. The passion and belief is infectious. However, our opponents now know what to do eg. low block. And then we’re too exposed in midfield when they break. This exposes our defence, which has otherwise been very good with a caveat of set pieces - @jcplinth
Early days but you can see what they are trying to build. Once the patterns fully click it's going to be lethal – @MrRaj27
I’m fully behind the players and Savage because they’re doing the best they can, but there are big problems above them – @ShiellB1
We know we have issues, but with what we he has got to work with he is at least trying different things. I am happy with him as manager and whatever happens he has to be given minimum to end of this season – @CarlWalker75
Naive. Two late goals that came about by fortune rather than brilliance have papered over the cracks. If you could have success at this level by just shouting ‘forwards’ and playing a load of attackers, but not in a proper formation, it would have been done by now – @jmsb1997
Incredible passion, although as a whole we just aren’t nowhere near good enough. But this is due to the quality of the players. Relegation battle once again – @BR_22_
In fairness we could easily have had nine points from 12. Sadly our finishing has been totally lacking. No game is easy at this level any more. If we can just go on a run of wins I am confident we will avoid the drop. Love his belief and enthusiasm – @CHAMM24
Grade 'A' for effort. The rest of it is chaotic. Reminds me my son's U12s when he was that age. The ideas could be sound, but execution and adaptability is poor bordering on negligent – @navaloccasions
It almost like watching real life ‘Football Manager’. Throwing everyone forward from the first minute is easy for opposing managers and coaches to counter. Great entertainment, but very naive tactically. I'm not looking forward to November 28. Cambridge could have have a field day! – @IanJBryant
Talks good, but he’s got no experience in the league and has a low in confidence young team. It’s too much for him and he probably knows it – @besiktasrfu
The passion is good to see, but can you manage a club effectively and do other media duties? Squad still weak and internal promotions smack of cost cutting. Is rather early to judge, you only have to look at Luke Williams to see that. He had a great start before it fizzled out – @MyJakeDog13
Trying to instill confidence and belief into a group of young players takes time. Even Robbie's body language on the touchline showed frustration and he needs to have a little patience too. It's not going to happen overnight. League One survival should be our only focus – @devilfists
Jury is still out for me on Savage - we are still looking down rather than up – @romysdad
Passion doesn't compensate for a poor squad. Surrounding him with inexperienced internal recruitments after he stated he was trying to recruit externally isn't helping. I don't think this experiment makes it to February – @mopsviedosscans
A breath of fresh air and at least we are having a go! We are in trouble though and need to strengthen in the New Year. Admire him promoting from within but we probably need coaching staff that know League One like the back of their hand – @davidwh1971
It looks like the players believe in this system, however there’s profiles we need like a dominant strong midfielder and wingers that are a lot more consistent with their ‘in the box’ work. If finishing the chances off is our biggest issue at the moment then I’m happy with that – @RJMOfficial25
Better watch than under Williams, but it doesn't matter what system we play, as the players are simply not good enough – @davidrbull2010
Good passion, he’s trying hard, but he’s persisting with wingers who are just not at the level we need. The decision making in the final third is poor, and we’re not actually playing to those wingers’ strengths. He’s talked a lot about the wide players, but he needs a fix quick – @liampufc1996
Much more enthusiastic leadership, but the jury is currently out! – @Richard50945517
