  • Szmodics absent due to the birth of his child

Frustration from JCH as another move breaks down as Kent wildly hoofs the ball in his direction, he has not the the pace to get there, as has happened so often today.

Booking for Thompson to stop Stretton the the break. Ward finally started to run at people but he lets Forsyth get the ball out and Derby were looking dangerous.

This is what the game needs. Dembele on for Marriott, he’s done well to last an hour.

Grant plays in a great ball, headed out but Norburn puts it back in low, it bounces around and just hits Thompson before he can control it, for what would have been a tap-in. It then ends up at Beevers who puts in a third ball, Thompson gets up above everyone but plants his header over.

The passing has been so poor from Posh, the thing holding them back from breaking down this Derby side, another pass hopelessly behind its target as Posh look threatening from JCH. Free kick now though as Ward fouled on the left.

Ebosele replaced by Louis Sibley, he’s really struggled on the left.

Unlucky for Posh, for the third time in the game Marriott successfully closes down Roos, the ball ricochetes into the six yard box but just won’t bounce for JCH or Grant. Derby try to break and actually have a great opening but Morrison slips in Lawrence, who doesn’t have the pace to get there after coming back on from injury.

That’s rather killed the momentum of the match had started with.

He’s back on for now.

Tom Lawrence now down in the centre-circle. Looked another good challenge, must have been an awkward landing,
