Surprise, surprise it’s a corner and Derby score. Ball comes into the back post, headed back across goal, Kent is there to head out the second ball but can’t get any distance on it, it’s then allowed to bounce and Stretton is able to pick up and fire home.

Goes nearpost, knocked behind off a Posh body.

Great chance goes begging, Dembele drives forward, feeds JCH on the left of his box but he doesn’t shoot, he wants more time than he has and it only goes out for a corner. Best opening of the match by far.

Randall off. He’s been quieter this half and has been knocked off the ball frequently. Knight on to solidify the midfield and gives Grant a chance to push up higher.

Derby are coming on strong now, what they do have with the youth now on is pace and they are causing Posh problems. Bird flashes a ball across the box which is a certain goal if Sibley connects.

First sign of class from Dembele, gets fed by Norburn after he nips in and wins the ball, skips past Bird and brings the ball inside but his ball is hopelessly wild and goes nowhere near anyone and out for a goal kick.

From the resulting throw, Derby get a cross into Morrison, he tries to dance round a couple of players but Kent does so well to follow him and make the block.

Sibley gets cleaned out by Pym as he flies off his line to punch away Thompson’s up not out header. He’s fine after a short time on the ground.
