A familiar face in the opposition team for Peterborough United boss, form guide, past matches, referee, big match odds
Peterborough United boss Luke Williams is a big fan of new Blackpool signing Jerry Yates.
Williams managed Yates in the Championship at Swansea City and they will meet up again as the striker returned to Bloomfield Road on loan from Luton Town in time to play against Posh at Bloomfield Road on Saturday.

Yates scored 46 goals for Pool in a three year spell between 2020 and 2023 before moving to Swansea for £2.5 million before Williams was appointed manager at the South Wales club.
Williams said: “I like Jerry as a player and as a man, and I hope he does well at Blackpool apart in from in two games.”
Yates scored twice in a 3-1 win for Blackpool in a 2021 League One win over Posh, which included a goal in the first minute.
POOL SQUAD
Yates will be seen as the replacement for last season’s Blackpool top scorer Ashley Fletcher who is now at Huddersfield Town. He will join former Bolton Wanderers striker Dion Charles and Niall Ennis in the Blackpool forward line.
Pace out wide is provided by CJ Hamilton and Josh Bowler, while George Honeyman is an experienced presence in midfield.
Blackpool also signed experienced Barnsley defender Josh Earl earlier this week. Goalkeeper Bailey Peacock-Farrell is a Northern Ireland international.
Former on-loan Posh full-back Hayden Coulson is in the Blackpool squad.
CURRENT FORM
Blackpool have started League One well as a home draw with Wycombe Wanderers was followed by a fine win at Stockport County. They were beaten 4-1 at home by Championship side Lincoln City on Tuesday with ‘The Imps’ pulling clear after a red card for Pool defender Zac Ashworth.

Posh have a mixed record in Football League matches in Blackpool. They’ve won eight and lost 12 of 24 meetings.
