Driver stopped in Peterborough after failing to clear snow from windscreen
Drivers are being urged to make sure windscreens are clear after a car was stopped in Peterborough with snow covering the windows.

The Honda driver was pulled over by police this morning - and officers have released incredible pictures showing exactly how little vision the driver would have had.
The front windscreen, rear window and side windows were all blocked by the snow, with just a small square cleared from the front windscren.
A police spokesman said: "Vehicle stopped (eventually) it would appear the driver was unable to see our blue lights, probably because he has failed to clear the snow off his windows."
