"The access will be a priority junction, with Newark Road forming the major road and the site access being the minor road.

"The access will be 10 metres wide to accommodate the movement of the largest expected vehicle from the site – a 12 metre-long rigid truck."]

Enterprise will only use part of the building with the remaining section being marketed by Tydus Peterborough jointly with Savills.

The offices and land became vacant following the collapse of Ideal World in 2023 with the loss of 275 jobs.

The business, which could trace its origins to the 1980s, was created by Peterborough business partners Paul Wright and Val Kaye who sold it in 2011.

The land and buildings, which are now called The Broadlands, are owned by London-based property investment, development and asset management firm Accrue Capital.

The new owner has invested £2.5 million to give the building a new lease of life.
