Philip Wainwright

Passed away peacefully at Peterborough City Hospital on 20th October 2026, aged 91 years.

Beloved husband of Susan and a much loved father of Nicola.

Funeral service to take place on Friday 20th November 2026, 2:30pm at Peterborough Crematorium. Eileen Randall

Peacefully passed away at home on Tuesday 29th September 2026, aged 87 years.

Beloved wife of Tony and friend to many. Eileen will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Funeral service took place on Thursday 29th October at Peterborough Crematorium.

Barbara Norris

Barbara Norris of Yaxley passed away peacefully on 17th October 2026. Loving Mum, Sister, Mother in Law, and Grandmother.

Barbara will be sadly missed by family and friends.

The funeral service will be held at Peterborough Crematorium on 9th November at 11.30am.

Brian Kingston

Passed away peacefully at Thorpe Wood Care Home on 19th October aged 97 years, surrounded by his family.

A much-loved husband of the late Barbara, father to Dave and Jane, stepfather to David, grandfather to Jack, Jim, Naomi and Hannah.

Brian will be sadly missed by all his family and those who knew him.

A Thanksgiving Service will be held at St Botolph's Church, Longthorpe on Friday 4th December, 2pm followed by refreshments at the church.

Jean Hillier

Jean (née Horswood) Hillier. Loving wife of Richard, also loving sister to John, Dave, Terry and the late Pete and their families. Adored god-parent and honorary Aunt. Jean taught in Lincolnshire, Moscow (USSR), Luton and Peterborough, being the last Head of Newark village school.

Notably twice Churchwarden of St Michael's, Chesterton. Died peacefully in Peterborough City Hospital on 5th October, just short of her 84th birthday.

Funeral service at St Michael's, 9th November at 2pm. Donations to St Michael's Church Restoration Fund.

Peter Grimwood

Sadly passed away at Peterborough City Hospital on the 14th October 2026, aged 85 years.

Peter was a very much loved Husband, Father, Grandad, Great Grandpa and friend, and will be deeply missed by all that knew him.

Service to take place at Fenland Crematorium on Friday 13th November at 12:30.

Zbigniew Ambroziak

Passed away peacefully on 18th October 2026.

Beloved husband of the late Teresa. Loving father to Yvonne and Andrea and also a much-loved father-in-law to Andrew and Jeremy.

A much-loved Dziadek to Milly, Adam, Mateusz and Zosia. Requiem Mass will take place on Thursday 19th November, 12.30pm at St Peter and All Souls RC Church followed by interment at Fletton Cemetery.
