Bright Street closure: Peterborough city centre road set for three-week closure to allow for traffic light refurbishments

A Peterborough city centre road is set for a three-week closure to allow for traffic light refurbishments.

Bright Street, near Bourges Boulevard, will close eastbound to traffic from Monday, April 13.

Peterborough City Council has confirmed that the closure will last for approximately three weeks.

A signed diversion will be in place, with traffic re-routed via Westgate and Lincoln Road.

Bright Street’s neighbouring roads, including Cromwell Road and Deacon Street, will remain open while the works are carried out.
