120 jobs created as construction of Yaxley business park goes on through pandemic


The employment boost comes from 38 businesses that have moved on to the Eagle Business Park Phase Two at the Yaxley Industrial Business Park.
Owners Barnack Estates say the park has been a huge success since construction work began 20 months ago with building work continuing during nine months of Covid-19 restrictions.

Hide AdManaging director Rob Facer said demand for units remained very strong with 58 units built covering 159.129 square feet.


He said: “The last nine months have been a challenge but, with outstanding teamwork, great mutual support of our consultants, agents and sub-contractors, we have made things happen.
“Eagle Business Park is an industrial estate we are proud of, creating quality work premises, jobs and ultimately the tax revenues that support public services.”
The estate includes smaller Courts such as Peregrine, Heron, Harrier and Slater Court with work about to start on Crusader Court and Falcon House on 17 units ranging in size from 650sqft to 10,050sqft and which will be available early next summer 2021 with seven are already under offer.

Eagle Business Park has satisfied many occupier requirements with freehold or leasehold options made available.”
