Cash Converters planning move into former Peterborough Peacocks store
Cash Converters is planning to move into Peterborough city centre.
Plans have been put forward to install new signage at 55 Bridge Street, the unit which was formerly occupied by Peacocks before it closed in August 2025.
The unit has sat unoccupied ever since and has been subdivided to rent out to multiple occupiers.
Cash Converters do not currently have a presence in Peterborough despite locations in surrounding towns such as Huntingdon, King’s Lynn and Boston.
It specialises in buying and selling second hand goods.
