Greene King looks set to add to the food and drink offerings in Hampton with a new food-led pub.

The company has already applied for a licence for the proposed pub off London Road.

Savills, on behalf of O&H Properties, has exchanged contracts on the freehold development site with Henry Davidson Developments.

Greene King will develop a new public house / restaurant under their ‘Farmhouse Inns’ brand,

Henry Davidson will build a new 1,800 sq ft (167 sq m) drive-thru unit on behalf of Costa Coffee. whilst McCarthy and Stone will also construct a 45 apartment retirement complex on the site.
