PETERBOROUGH LEAGUE: Champions make it 10 goals in two games
They bashed Thorney 5-0 last night (August 9) to make it two wins, 10 goals scored and none conceded in two matches this season.
Joe Townsend scored twice against Thorney with Martin Sandall, Louis Steadman and Ryan Wheeler also on target.

ICA Sports are off the mark thanks to a 4-0 win over Sawtry. Joshua Smith scored twice.
Title fancies Pinchbeck United added a 3-0 win at Holbeach Reserves to their creditable opening day draw at Netherton United.
Tony Edwards scored twice, one a penalty, and Tom Brooks claimed the other goal.

Hide AdIn Division One Warboys Town were big 6-1 winners at Whittlesey Athletic Reserves with Ramsey Town cricket club captain Michael Cafferley and Tom Skidmore both scoring twice.
Jamie Saddington was another two-goal star as Stamford Bels won 3-1 at Wittering, as was Anderson Uduovie whose brace arrived in a 4-0 win at Riverside.
Big game of four in the Premier Division tonight sees Netherton travel to Peterborough Sports Reserves (7.30pm).
