The A605 has been closed due to emergency roadworks between Coates and Eastrea, according to Stagecoach.
The bus operator said its 33 service will not be able to serve stops between Eastrea and Tesco in March.
Buses will now divert.
Stagecoach apologised for any disruption caused to passengers.
