Firefighters had to tackle a blaze in Peterborough when industrial machinery caught fire yesterday afternoon.
At 4.18pm on Monday (9) crews were called to a fire on Staplee Way in Parnwell, Peterborough.
Crews from Stanground, Dogsthorpe, Thorney, Sawtry, the Peterborough Volunteers Fire Brigade and the north roaming fire engine attended the incident.

Hide AdFirefighters arrived to find a fire involving a large industrial hopper. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using hose reels and jets. They returned to their stations by 7.45pm.
The cause of the fire was accidental.
