Man to appear before magistrates charged with multiple offences related to indecent images of children

A man is due to appear before magistrates charged with multiple offences related to indecent images of children.

Timothy Smith (56) of Troughton Way, Leverington, will appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (Wednesday, June 22).

He has been charged with:

. Four counts of making indecent photograph/pseudo-photograph of a child contrary under the Protection of Children Act 1978.

. Possessing extreme pornographic images portraying an act of intercourse/oral sex with dead/alive animal under the Criminal Justice & Immigration Act 2008.

. Possessing a prohibited image of a child under the Coroners & Justice Act 2009.

. Possessing extreme pornographic image portraying act which likely to result in serious injury to a person’s private parts under the Criminal Justice & Immigration Act 2008.
