Two new senior appointments have been made by the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).

Tracy Dowling has been appointed as the new Accountable Officer for the organisation; and Dr Gary Howsam has been appointed as the new Clinical Chair.

In January Dr Neil Modha announced that he intended to step down from the Accountable Officer role.

Tracy Dowling and Dr Gary Howsam’s appointments mean that the CCG will now have a senior manager as its accountable officer and a GP as its Clinical Chair. This will also mean that Maureen Donnelly will step down from her current role as Chair.
