A drug user has admitted stealing hundreds of pounds worth of face creams from Boots chemist in Peterborough.

Natalie Renton, 23, was arrested on Thursday afternoon last week (27 August) after a security guard witnessed her fill a bag with Lancôme beauty products and leave the Queensgate store without paying.

In police interview she admitted stealing the products because she ‘has a habit’ – she was later charged with theft of face creams worth £342.50.
