Man and woman arrested after police find Peterborough cannabis factory

A man and a woman have been arrested after police found a small cannabis factory in Peterborough.

A police spokesman said the factory was found in Eastern Avenue.

The spokesman said: "Certainly not the biggest we've found, at 21 plants, but drugs are drugs! They're a harmful and illegal substance which we don't want in our communities."
