Peterborough electrical retailer moves to larger store

An electrical retailer has opened a new and larger store in Peterborough.

Currys PC World with Carphone Warehouse has relocated from the Boulevard Retail Park to the Maskew Retail Park.

A spokeswoman for operators, Dixons Carphone, said: “We are delighted to announce the opening of a new three-in-one Currys PC World with Carphone Warehouse store at Maskew Retail Park.

“Our new store will offer a much wider range of amazing tech for our customers to choose from and we look forward to safely welcoming customers to the new store.”

All 50 members of staff who worked in the former premises have moved across to the new store.

The store has also installed a range of sanitising products plus social distancing signage to help protect staff and customers from Covid.
