MasterChef: The Professionals champion to take over kitchen in Orbis Stamford this May

MasterChef: The Professionals champion and talented chef Dan Merriman is to take over Orbis in Stamford for an exclusive, one-night-only dining experience on Friday May 1.

Dan will take over the kitchen for the evening, bringing his modern, ingredient-led approach to a menu designed exclusively for the night that is also gluten free to suit Orbis’ style.

Known for his focus on flavour, balance and quality produce, his cooking combines refined technique with a style that feels both considered and approachable.

The menu will be built around seasonal ingredients and carefully layered flavours, with dishes expected to explore slow-cooked broths, pickled elements and open-fire cooking.
