City’s Bea Gregory delivered a standout performance at the British Rowing J16 Selection Trials in Nottingham, placing fifth out of 14 elite competitors. Competing a full year above her actual age group, she went into the event to gain crucial pathway experience and emerged with a highly impressive top-five finish against older, more experienced athletes in brutal headwinds and rough water which made handling incredibly difficult.
