Leading ladies celebrate 50 years of membership at Milton Golf Club
Milton Golf Club has celebrated two special milestones as leading ladies Pauline Levoi and Anne Edwards marked more than 50 years of membership.
Levoi has now been a member for an amazing 52 years, while Edwards is celebrating her 50th year at the club.
At her recent ladies captain’s day dinner, Jennie Wood presented both ladies with an everlasting rose and a commemorative card which included a poem especially selected to celebrate their many years of friendship, loyalty and commitment to the club.
What makes these milestones even more remarkable is that both Pauline and Anne are still active members of the Ladies Section. They continue to play to a high standard, regularly feature among the competition winners, and remain enthusiastic supporters of club golf.
