Full-back Mumba (20) scored on his Posh debut in an FA Cup tie against Bristol Rovers in January, but only started eight games for the club before returning to Carrow Road.
He’s one of many old boys lying in wait for Posh in the 2022-23 League One season, but should any of them be feared?
Mumba is doubtless a much better player than he showed at the Weston Homes Stadium where he was rarely deployed in his best position as a dashing right-back.
He gets a fear factor rating of 6/10. Other Posh old boys in League One are...

17. MATTY STEVENS - Forest Green Rovers.
Posh apps/goals: 5/0. The former boxer was signed as a youngster from Barnet, but he couldn't force his way into the first-team apart from on five occasions as a substitute and left for Forest Green in 2019. The striker (pictured, left) then spent time on loan at Stevenage before bursting into scoring form at his parent club last term. Stevens scored 27 goals in 42 appearances to set his side well on the way to promotion before a serious knee injury ended his season in April and could keep him out until Christmas. Fear factor 2/10. 18. JEVANI BROWN - Exeter City
Posh apps/goals: 0/0. Youth team player who left Posh under a cloud in 2016 before he could sign a professional contract, but has manufactured a decent career in the lower divisions at Cambridge United, Colchester and now Exeter City who he helped to promotion from League Two last season with some crucial, and often spectacular, goals. 19. LEWIS FREESTONE - Cheltenham Town
Posh apps/goals: 8/0. A left-back from the Posh Academy who didn't quite make the grade at London Road. A spell at Brighton Under 21s got him back on track, although he's far from a regular at Cheltenham, the venue for the first Posh game of the League One season on July 30. Fear factor 3/10. 20. JOSH DAVISON - Charlton Athletic
Posh apps/goals: 0/0. A free-scoring member of a Posh youth team who wasn't given a pro deal at London Road, but he's been a Charlton player since 2019. Spent a successful time on loan at Swindon in the second-half of last season and the manager of the Robins (Ben Garner) is now the manager of Charlton. Fear factor 4/10. Photo: Joe Dent/theposh.com
