21. THE SUPPORT WORKER
Ray Hankin was a top player for Posh, briefy. Unfortunately the red mist would often turn into red cards and Hankin was sent off four times in his first full Posh season! A fifth dismissial followed the following season wherupon Posh terminated his contract. Bad boy Hankin became disillusioned with professional football and quit at the age of 28, but he calmed down enough to become a Football in the Community officer in Newcastle and then a highly-regarded support worker to disabled and vulnerable individuals. 22. THE PASTOR
Ricky Otto served time in prison for armed robbery before becoming a professional footballer. He was a flamboyant winger with Posh in the troubled 1996-97 season. but after football he qualified as a probation officer before studying for a theology degree.
