Peterborough United will be boosted by the presence of Callum Morton for the first time since his arrival as they travel to face Birmingham City in a Championship fixture at St Andrews this evening (January 25, 7:45pm).

Posh will also have the chance to record their first league double of the season after dispatching the Blues 3-0 at home in September.

Birmingham come into the match amidst rumours about manager Lee Bowyer’s position and unrest from the fans at the poor ownership and lack of direction the club seems to have.

Headed out but Posh pick up the second ball. Marriott’s ball back in deflected and it’s into the hands of the keeper easily.

Posh corner, Burrows leads a break after James was allowed a free header in the box, again. Clarke-Harris brushes off his man and sees his ball across goal cut out.

Posh looking good here but could do with stopping the silly free-kicks, the best chances for Birmingham have been balls into the box.

Birmingham have won a few free headers so far but that time Benda raced off his line and claimed with confidence.

Norburn conceded a free-kick level woth the edge of the box on the right. Woods to swing it in.

JACK IS BACK. Great finish one-on-one from Marriott, he scores it on the slide but that goal is Poku. He makes a tackle on the edge of his own box, runs the length of the field with the ball and slides in Marriott at the perfect moment.

Woah, nearly something for Posh. Burrows umps in a free-kick. Keeper is miles from the ball but coems out and tries to claim. He’s left stranded but the ball just won’t fall to a Posh shirt an is scrambled clear.

You guessed it. Roberts long throw. Clarke-Harris heads it into a blue shirt and is happy to see it drop wide.

Free-kick goes into the box and Pedersen is found all on his own, can’t put it on target though, dragged wide. Let off for Posh.
