Vyan Sampson and Chloe Kelly, both England internationals who came through the Arsenal Ladies Centre of Excellence, were in the city as part of a Girls Football Fun Day organised by ICA Sports FC at Ringwood.

Also in town was Arsenal Ladies Development Officer, Ciara Allan, who delivered a coaching session to the girls to give them an insight into how to ‘Play The Arsenal Way’.

Allan commented “ICA Sports FC have recently added female football to their offering and are doing a fantastic job. And as our Club Associate we can help players in Peterborough progress.”

Purnell added “We are proud to be the club chosen by Arsenal Ladies as a Club Associate in Peterborough and we are working hard to ensure we maximise opportunities for female players in the city.”
