An ambulance officer and ambulance crew were dispatched to treat a man, believed to be in his 30s. He had no obvious injuries, but was taken to Peterborough City Hospital as a precautionary measure.

Boongate was closed between Frank Perkins Parkway, the A1139 and St Johns St/Eastfield Road, Peterborough.
