Women's fashion retailer Vanilla looks set to open in Peterborough's Queensgate Shopping Centre
A new fashion retailer is expected to move into Peterborough’s Queensgate Shopping Centre.
Women’s fashion retailer Vanilla has been recruiting for staff to work in the new store in the Queensgate centre.
Late last year, the retailer began advertising for a store manager in Peterborough with a salary of £30,000.
Its recruitment advert stated: “We are seeking a dynamic and experienced retail store manager to lead our brand new Peterborough store.

"The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service and a proven track record in retail management.”
Peterborough City Council has also recently approved building control applications to fit out the new store.
UK retailer Vanilla provides two distinct brands Blue Vanilla, which is general fashion for women, and Pink Vanilla, which provides brands for younger customers.
The retailer offers fashion, footwear and accessories for shoppers of all ages.
Vanilla began as an e-commerce business and as a concession in many department stores.
It began opening its first stores five years ago and sells into 150 countries.
Its opening, which has not been confirmed, comes shortly after the long awaited opening of Frasers, Flannels and Sports Direct at the end of last year plus the launch of vinyl record retailer HMV.
It will be joined by Korean supermarket chain Seoul Plaza which is to open its doors in the Queensgate Shopping Centre early next year.
Seoul Plaza is known for a range of flavour-filled food from its iconic K-snacks to authentic ingredients and street-food favourites.
