Two great shows coming to Peterborough - and they will rock you
Two exciting new shows for music lovers have been added to Peterborough New Theatre’s schedule for this year and next!
Sir Brian May described Kerry Ellis as having ‘the most beautiful voice in Britain.’ So he asked her to sing Queen’s greatest hits in the smash hit musical, We Will Rock You.
The duo met in 2002 and released three albums together, as well as touring the world.
Rock anthems were the inspiration for award-winning singer Kerry Ellis, who is one of the greatest stars of musical theatre.
And in this new show, at New Theatre on November 12th, she will explore her love of Rock Anthems as she pays homage to Queen, Meatloaf, Bonnie Tyler and the other rock legends who inspired her.
Ellis will sing a juke box full of classic rock anthems. She Will, She Will, Rock You.
Tickets have also gone on sale for An Evening With Danny McNamara, from Embrace. on May 8th, 2027.
Danny is the founder and lead singer of one of the most iconic bands of the last 20 years, Embrace.
Having sold more than two million albums to date, their debut album, The Good Will Out, was released in 1998 and became one of the fastest-selling debut albums by a British artist. It was certified gold on the day of its release and went on to sell over half a million copies.
