Public invited to have their say at Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust’s July board meeting
The NHS is inviting people who live in and around Peterborough to sit in on its next Trust Public Board board meeting at Peterborough City Hospital (PCH) on Tuesday, July 14.
North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust (NWAFT) is throwing open the doors of this upcoming meeting so that members of the public can hear more about how local hospitals are run and how decisions are made.
The meeting will take place within the Denis Bracey Room, inside PCH’s Learning Centre from 10am to 1.15pm.
Along with learning more about how hospitals are run and decisions are made, the meeting will give board members and the public an opportunity to hear from a patient who experienced excellent complex personalised care with collaboration between the Trust’s orthopaedic, maternity, anaesthetics and neo-natal teams, as well as shared care with the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in Birmingham.

Presentations like this give trust administrators, care providers and service users invaluable insight into how different teams can work together to deliver joined-up care that meets people’s individual needs.
Following those formalities, the floor will be given over to members of the public, who will be invited to ask any questions they have relating to matters covered in the meeting.
The agenda and associated papers for the meeting will be available shortly on the Trust website at www.nwangliaft.nhs.uk/our-board-papers
Anyone who would like to submit a question in advance of the meeting must do so by emailing [email protected] before 9am on Monday, July 13.
