Peterborough City Council seeks parents and carers’ views on childcare services

Residents across Peterborough who regularly make use of childcare delivered by the city council are being asked to share their views.

Peterborough City Council (PCC) has commissioned an online survey to find out what families think of the childcare services they receive.

The online questionnaire is open to anyone who has a child aged 0–14 years (or up to 18 if they have a Special Educational Need or Disability), and currently use – or would like to use – childcare services.

PCC says the feedback from the poll will help improve early education and childcare services.

“The survey is a really useful tool for us to find out what’s working, what’s not, and whether childcare is available in the right place at the right time for families across Peterborough,” said Cabinet Member for Children and Young People, Councillor Katy Cole.

The survey will be available until Friday, July 31.
