Customer praise has secured a national award for Bourne retailer

Homewares designer Sophie Allport, which has shops in Bourne and Stamford, has been named winner of the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award.

The seal of excellence for exceptional experiences in the shops was awarded on the basis of customer feedback.

The award has been made even though the stores had to close during the Covid lockdowns with the business still reaching customers through its online service..

Sophie Allport said: “We really have tried our best over the last year, we’ve all been thrown into new ways of working, creating office spaces in our homes and working around family life, but we are so thankful to all our customers who have been so patient and understanding whilst we adapted to change.”

To celebrate, the retailer is giving customers 10 per cent off everything across its website, including sale items, until midnight on January 31.

The business also received the Platinum Award in 2019 and 2020, and received the Gold Award consistently from 2015 to 2018, after joining in 2014.
