Looking Back: It’s a case of Carry On Matron!
One of the best things about working for the big NHS family is the humour, which is often used as an antidote to working in an incredibly busy and stressful environment.
Mostly outcomes are very positive and happy ones but inevitably sometimes there are very sad moments too. I took these pictures at PCH in 2015 of Matron on the phone - with Hattie Jacques on the wall – and a cheeky care assistant peeping out from behind the curtains. They always make me smile and I hope they do the same for you too.
