Looking Back:
In October 2010 I stood on the roof of Peterborough District Hospital before it closed the following month and everyone transferred to the new City Hospital.
PDH was demolished in 2105 and the site is now a school and a housing estate.
Beneath the chimney was the incinerator, mortuary, works department and post graduate centre.
In Midland Road Direct Cars is now Motor Magnet and the former Dairy Crest Limited has become an estate.
Further along from the dairy was the Rathbones bakery.
