Investigation following 'shocking' flt-tip on Peterborough street

An investigation has been launched following a ‘shocking’ fly-tip on a Peterborough street.

A pile of building waste, including chairs, insulation, panels and a series of other rubbish was discovered dumped in a car park in Chadburn in Paston on Tuesday evening.

Ward councillors Alex Rafiq and Ivelina Banyalieva have confirmed that an investigation has been launched to discover the culprit.

The fly-tip is currently believed to have been left by a driver of a grey van.

The mess was reported to Peterborough City Council for clearance.
