Teenager charged with robbery outside McDonald’s in Peterborough’s Cathedral Square

An 18-year-old man has been charged in connection with a robbery which occurred outside McDonald’s Cathedral Square earlier this month.

Abdul Al Maghloub was arrested in London on Saturday and has since been charged with robbery, two counts of harassment and possession of Class B drugs.

He has been remanded in custody to appear at Cambridge Magistrates’ Court today (Tuesday).
