Police called to Peterborough City Hospital to deal with 'suspicious car' left outside A&E department

A spokesman for Cambridgeshire police said;"“We were called just after 12noon today (15 January) to reports of suspicious circumstances outside Peterborough City Hospital, namely a car left outside the A&E department in the no parking zone.

"Officers attended and the area was cleared as a precaution. Further enquiries were carried out which revealed the car is believed to belong to a patient at the hospital who had suffered a medical episode.”
