Peterborough teenager denies murdering dad of five Jason Cremin

A Peterborough teenager has pleaded not guilty to murdering dad of five Jason Cremin.

Mr Cremin died after suffering a stab wound to the abdomen in the early hours of February 19 in Brudenell, Orton Goldhay.

Mr Cremin, 39, of Naseby Close, Ravensthorpe died a short time later in hospital.

Today at Peterborough Crown Court, Julian Davies (18), of Meriton, Orton Goldhay, pleaded not guilty to Mr Cremin’s murder.

He will stand trial at the same court on November 29.

Following his death, Mr Cremin’s family said: “Jason was a family man and was very well loved amongst his friends. He was also an only child and along with his parents, leaves behind his partner and five children. The family are utterly grief stricken at this time and wish to be afforded their privacy to come to terms with what has happened.”
