CCTV released after Stamford supermarket thefts

Police have released CCTV images in connection with a theft from one supermarket and an attempted theft from another.

The man pictured is wanted in connection with the incidents, which took place in Stamford on July 20.

The first happened at Morrisons in Uffington Road. Lincolnshire Police said the man tried to leave the shop without paying for goods worth £484.14. The second happened at Sainsbury’s in Ryhall Road. Police said the man left the supermarket with £559.67 worth of goods without paying.
