Appeal after pony stolen from field

Police are appealing for information after a horse was stolen from a field

Much-loved 20-year-old pony Jay, a 14.2hh black cob mare has e disappeared from her field in Winwick Road, Thurning near Oundle.

Jay is quite distinctive with a white blaze on her face, two white socks on her front legs and a small white patch below her right hind hock.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who saw Jay in her field between 9am on Friday, May 15, and 5am on Saturday, May 16, or who may have seen anyone acting suspiciously in the area between the stated times.

Anyone with information or who may know the whereabouts of Jay is asked to call Northamptonshire Police on 101 quoting reference number 20000250307.
