Looking Back: From uniforms to scrubs!
In 1982, while portering in the casualty department at Peterborough District Hospital I snapped this image of registrar Dr Alan Leaman and third year student nurses.
He went on to be a consultant in Telford and is now retired. I am hoping someone recognises the nurses.
I took the second image of doctor and midwives in 2015 at PCH maternity unit.
You will notice the big changes in uniforms for practical and infection control reasons.
