JS Davidson donates Easter eggs to Peterborough-based charity Little Miracles
The boss of temperature-controlled solutions specialist JS Davidson and his team are helping to bring smiles to the faces of disabled children and their families this Easter.
The company has donated 100 Easter eggs to Peterborough-based charity Little Miracles, for distribution among disabled children living with life-limiting conditions and additional needs.

It is the latest in a series of donations from JS Davidson to Little Miracles in a relationship which spans six years and often sees Managing Director John Davidson and his staff offering financial and practical support to the charity.
Earlier this year John rallied the help of JS Davidson customers to donate frozen chicken dinners, other hot meals and ambient food products to help the families supported by Little Miracles, most of whom have been hit hard by the cost of living crisis.
As well as the Easter eggs donation John is in the process of securing funding from the Freemasons.
He has also supported Little Miracles’ forthcoming Spring Ball by purchasing a platinum package which includes a table for his team.
Funds from the event will raise much needed funds for the charity’s family support services – wraparound services such as counselling, financial, emotional and practical support – from helping with DLA, PIP and other benefit claims to providing bereavement counselling and pre-emptive bereavement counselling for the children’s parents and siblings.
Louise Evans is the Head of Income Generation at Little Miracles.
She said: “John is an excellent conduit between his customers and Little Miracles. Thanks to his efforts and his relationship with his customers many of our families are able to have hot meals – something which many of us are lucky enough to take for granted but to them it can be a luxury.
“All the time we are seeing an increase in families coming to us. They used to self-refer but now professional organisations are also referring – such as the police, social services and NHS. As a result the number of families we are helping this year has risen by 20 per cent to 10,000.
“The help we get from John and his team, and from other companies across Peterborough and East Anglia, is invaluable. Without their support Little Miracles wouldn’t exist and most of these families would be left to navigate their challenges on their own.
“We are grateful to John for his ongoing support which truly helps make a difference to so many children and their families.”
The Spring Ball will take place at the Delta by Marriott Hotel in Peterborough on Saturday May 16th.
