Quarter-final exit for Market Deeping's former darts world champion Martin 'Wolfie' Adams
Martin ‘Wolfie’ Adams bowed out in the quarter-finals of the World Seniors Darts Masters at the iconic Lakeside venue in Frimley Green.
Adams was beaten 4-1 by fellow Englishman Tony O’Shea after losing the last three sets. The Market Deeping man, a former world champion, won £1,250 in prize money.
Adans had fought back from 2-0 down to beat Wayne Jones 4-2 in his first match.
Qualifier David Cameron took the £10,000 first prize by beating legend Phil Taylor 6-3 in the final.
