Peterborough Women's Rounders Club would love to attract new members

The club hosts sessions every Monday on the Thomas Deacon’s Academy astroturf PE1 2JW (7-8pm) and women over 18 are welcome to take part in a fun, social and active environment for players of all abilities.

Whether someone is completely new to the sport or returning after many years out of action, everyone is encouraged to come along and get involved with a welcoming and inclusive club.

Sessions run all year round and a one week free taster session is available. Fees are £20–£35 for a 10-week block (based on whether or not the astro or grass field is hired).

A club spokesperson said: “As a community-focused club, we are keen to encourage more women in the local area to get active, meet new people, and enjoy the benefits of team sport in a supportive environment.”
